This policy defines how to handle cancellations:

If cancellation/amendment is made 15 days prior to your arrival date, no fee will be charged.
If cancellation/amendment is made within 15 days including reservations made within that time, 1st night’s room rate and tax will be charged
In case of no-show, 100% room rate and tax will be charged.
Promotion rates (Early Bird/Long Stay/Last Min/Package) are Non – changeable, Non – refundable
The refund process will take approximately 7 to 20 working days depending on the intermediary bank.

Spa are pleased to serve you in our on-site modern cozy Asian and Western restaurant from 7:00am till 9:00pm.
Our luxury warm in-house swimming pool is open from 6:00am-9:00am and 4:00pm-8:00pm everyday.
Highland Restaurant on the 1st floor serves buffet breakfast from 6:30am to 9:00am.
Besides, we also offer good quality of massage and spa service from 14am till 10pm.
